Billie Lynn Allard, MS, RN, Southwestern Vermont Health Care 

Billie Lynn Allard, MS, RN is the administrative director of Community Health Services and Nursing of Putnam Medical Group at Southwestern Vermont Health Care. Together with her team, she developed the Accountable Community of Health Program at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center. The Transitional Care Nursing program, at the heart of the Accountable Community of Health, was a recipient of the Vermont Health Care Innovation Grant. Allard has presented at national conferences across the country, published numerous articles, and assists other health systems to replicate this program. Allard completed the Wharton Fellows Nurse Executive program at the University of Pennsylvania, John Hopkins’ Patient Safety Practitioner program, and Transitional Care training at the University of Pennsylvania.
